S\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t \u0111\u1ebf SiC: M\u1ed9t quy tr\u00ecnh c\u00f3 r\u00e0o c\u1ea3n cao<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u00e1 tr\u00ecnh s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t c\u00e1c t\u1ea5m n\u1ec1n cacbua silic l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t quy tr\u00ecnh ph\u1ee9c t\u1ea1p v\u1ec1 m\u1eb7t c\u00f4ng ngh\u1ec7 v\u00e0 \u0111\u00f2i h\u1ecfi v\u1ed1n \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 l\u1edbn, bao g\u1ed3m nhi\u1ec1u c\u00f4ng \u0111o\u1ea1n \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ki\u1ec3m so\u00e1t ch\u00ednh x\u00e1c:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
