\u4e2d\u7684\u6311\u6230<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u5149\u6ce2\u5c0e\u901a\u5e38\u4f7f\u7528\u77fd\u6216\u7194\u878d\u77f3\u82f1\u57fa\u677f\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u9019\u4e9b\u6750\u6599\u63d0\u4f9b\u53ef\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u5148\u9032\u7684 AR \u61c9\u7528\u4e2d\u537b\u9047\u5230\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u71b1\u9650\u5236<\/strong>:\u9ad8\u4eae\u5ea6\u5fae\u986f\u793a\u5668\u5728\u904b\u4f5c\u671f\u9593\u6703\u7522\u751f\u5927\u91cf\u71b1\u91cf\u3002\u77fd\u7684\u71b1\u50b3\u5c0e\u7387 (~150 W\/m-K) \u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u6563\u53bb\u5c40\u90e8\u7684\u71b1\u91cf\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9020\u6210\u5f71\u50cf\u5931\u771f\u3001\u4eae\u5ea6\u4e0d\u5747\u52fb\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5149\u5b78\u5143\u4ef6\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u9577\u671f\u9000\u5316\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6a5f\u68b0\u9650\u5236<\/strong>:\u7531\u65bc\u77fd\u6216\u73bb\u7483\u7684\u786c\u5ea6\u4f4e\u4e14\u71b1\u81a8\u8139\u7387\u76f8\u5c0d\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5927\u9762\u7a4d\u57fa\u677f\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u767c\u751f\u7ff9\u66f2\u3001\u7834\u88c2\u6216\u8b8a\u5f62\u3002\u9019\u9650\u5236\u4e86 AR \u6ce2\u5c0e\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u548c\u898f\u6a21\uff0c\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u53ef\u9054\u5230\u7684\u8996\u5834\u548c\u88dd\u7f6e\u5c3a\u5bf8\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u88fd\u9020\u6548\u7387<\/strong>:\u5927\u9762\u7a4d\u6ce2\u5c0e\u8981\u6c42\u6750\u6599\u54c1\u8cea\u5747\u52fb\uff0c\u7f3a\u9677\u6700\u5c11\u3002\u50b3\u7d71\u6676\u5713\u7684\u53ef\u7528\u9762\u7a4d\u901a\u5e38\u6709\u9650\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u826f\u7387\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u9ad8\u6027\u80fd AR \u6a21\u7d44\u7684\u751f\u7522\u6210\u672c\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AR \u6ce2\u5c0e\u7528\u78b3\u5316\u77fd\u7684\u512a\u52e2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u78b3\u5316\u77fd\u5177\u6709\u7368\u7279\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u3001\u71b1\u5b78\u53ca\u6a5f\u68b0\u7279\u6027\uff0c\u53ef\u89e3\u6c7a\u50b3\u7d71\u57fa\u677f\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u9ad8\u5149\u5b78\u900f\u660e\u5ea6<\/strong>:\u9ad8\u7d14\u5ea6 SiC \u53ef\u6709\u6548\u5730\u7a7f\u900f\u53ef\u898b\u5149\uff0c\u5c07\u6ce2\u5c0e\u4e2d\u7684\u5149\u640d\u5931\u964d\u81f3\u6700\u4f4e\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd AR \u986f\u793a\u5668\u5177\u6709\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u5f71\u50cf\u6295\u5c04\u548c\u6e96\u78ba\u7684\u8272\u5f69\u5448\u73fe\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u71b1\u50b3\u5c0e\u6027<\/strong>:SiC \u7684\u71b1\u50b3\u5c0e\u7387\u70ba 370 \u81f3 490 W\/m-K\uff0c\u53ef\u6709\u6548\u5206\u6563\u6a6b\u5411\u548c\u5782\u76f4\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u71b1\u91cf\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97 AR \u6ce2\u5c0e\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u9ad8\u4eae\u5ea6\u5fae\u986f\u793a\u5668\u64cd\u4f5c\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ecd\u80fd\u7dad\u6301\u4e00\u81f4\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u6548\u80fd\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u6a5f\u68b0\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027<\/strong>:SiC \u5177\u6709\u6975\u9ad8\u7684\u786c\u5ea6\u548c\u5f37\u5ea6\uff0c\u53ef\u652f\u6490\u5927\u9762\u7a4d\u7684\u6ce2\u5c0e\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u626d\u66f2\u6216\u7834\u88c2\u3002\u5176\u71b1\u81a8\u8139\u4fc2\u6578\u4f4e\uff0c\u53ef\u78ba\u4fdd\u5728\u6eab\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5316\u6642\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7a69\u5b9a\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u6ce2\u5c0e\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u6392\u5217\u548c\u5747\u52fb\u6027\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u96fb\u6c23\u7d55\u7de3\u8207\u6574\u5408<\/strong>:SiC \u7684\u9ad8\u96fb\u963b\u7387\u548c\u4ecb\u96fb\u5f37\u5ea6\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u5728\u540c\u4e00\u6a21\u7d44\u5167\u9ad8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6574\u5408\u5149\u5b78\u548c\u96fb\u5b50\u5143\u4ef6\u3002\u9019\u4f7f\u5f97\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u591a\u5c64\u6ce2\u5c0e\u7d50\u69cb\u5177\u6709\u6700\u5c0f\u7684\u96fb\u6c23\u5e72\u64fe\u548c\u9ad8\u8a0a\u865f\u4fdd\u771f\u5ea6\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 href=\"https:\/\/www.sic-wafers.com\/zh\/product\/12-inch-300mm-4h-6h-sic-single-crystal-silicon-carbide-wafer-for-power-electronics-led-applications\/\">12 \u540b SiC \u6676\u5713<\/a> \u4ee3\u8868 AR \u5149\u6ce2\u5bfc\u7684\u91cd\u5927\u7a81\u7834\u3002\u8f03\u5927\u5c3a\u5bf8\u7684\u6676\u5713\u5177\u6709\u591a\u9805\u512a\u52e2\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\u589e\u52a0\u53ef\u7528\u9762\u7a4d<\/strong>:12 \u540b\u6676\u5713\u7684\u9762\u7a4d\u662f 8 12 \u540b\u6676\u5713\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u6700\u4f73\u5316\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5149\u523b\u3001\u8755\u523b\u548c\u6c89\u7a4d\u3002\u4f7f\u7528 12 \u540b SiC \u53ef\u8b93 AR \u6ce2\u5c0e\u751f\u7522\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u73fe\u6709\u7684\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u6210\u672c\u9ad8\u6602\u7684\u91cd\u65b0\u88dd\u914d\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u555f\u7528\u5927\u578b AR \u6a21\u7d44<\/strong>:\u5148\u9032\u7684 AR \u88dd\u7f6e\u9700\u8981\u8d85\u904e 100 mm \u00d7 100 mm \u7684\u6ce2\u5c0e\uff0c\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u66f4\u5bec\u7684\u8996\u5834\u6216\u591a\u986f\u793a\u5668\u6574\u5408\u300212 \u540b\u6676\u5713\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u9762\u7a4d\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u55ae\u4ef6\u88fd\u9020\u9019\u4e9b\u5927\u578b\u6a21\u7d44\uff0c\u7c21\u5316\u7d44\u88dd\u4e26\u63d0\u9ad8\u5149\u5b78\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5de5\u696d\u6f5b\u529b\u8207\u65e9\u671f\u61c9\u7528<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728 AR \u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u5927\u9762\u7a4d SiC \u57fa\u677f\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u5be6\u4f5c\u5df2\u986f\u793a\u51fa\u5728\u71b1\u80fd\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u6a5f\u68b0\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u5149\u5b78\u6e05\u6670\u5ea6\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u986f\u8457\u6539\u9032\u3002\u4f7f\u7528 12 \u540b SiC \u6676\u5713\u7684 AR \u57fa\u677f\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u9810\u8a08\u6703\u52a0\u901f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u6ce2\u5c0e\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u57fa\u677f\u9084\u53ef\u5be6\u73fe\u591a\u529f\u80fd\u5149\u5b78\u5143\u4ef6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6574\u5408\u5f0f\u884d\u5c04\u5149\u5b78\u3001\u900f\u93e1\u548c\u71b1\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u53ef\u5728\u55ae\u4e00\u6676\u5713\u7d1a\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0a\u88fd\u9020\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u6676\u5713\u7d1a\u7684\u6574\u5408\u53ef\u63d0\u5347\u88fd\u9020\u6548\u7387\u3001\u964d\u4f4e\u7d44\u88dd\u8907\u96dc\u5ea6\uff0c\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u5353\u8d8a\u7684\u5143\u4ef6\u6548\u80fd\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u5149\u5b78\u5143\u4ef6\u7684\u57fa\u77f3\u6750\u6599\u3002\u900f\u904e\u7d50\u5408\u512a\u7570\u7684\u5149\u5b78\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u3001\u71b1\u50b3\u5c0e\u6027\u548c\u6a5f\u68b0\u5f37\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8207\u73fe\u6709\u6676\u5713\u7d1a\u88fd\u9020\u57fa\u790e\u8a2d\u65bd\u7684\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\uff0cSiC
